Please note that by ordering any of our goods, you agree to be bound by these terms. It is your responsibility to check on any changes made to our terms and conditions.

Information about Premium Plaster Distribution

We operate the website www.premiumplasterdistribution. We are Premium Plaster Distribution (PPD), a company providing handmade ornate plaster products.  Our trading address is Sandstones, Syerscote Lane, Wigginton, Tamworth, B79 9DX, United Kingdom.

 

Our products

 

The images of our products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display the colours as accurately as possible. However, our products may vary slightly in colour.

All products shown on our website are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible should the product you have ordered not be available.

Order Process

 

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail from us. You will then receive an e-mail to confirm that the products have been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed once we send you the dispatch confirmation e-mail.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection (Distance Selling Regulations) during the period set out below. Please email us to notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund. 

Your legal right to cancel the contract starts from the date of the dispatch confirmation e-mail, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 working days in which you may cancel.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products excluding the original postage costs. We will process the refund due to you within 7 working days.

If the products are faulty, we will refund the price of the product in full, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. Refunds can only be made via the payment type used to make the purchase. Unless the products are faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us;

We will refund you within 7 days after the day of receiving the returned goods as long as they are in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Delivery

 

Our products are delivered by Royal Mail Service, as well as other couriers including DPD, therefore we cannot be held liable for any delays outside of our control.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Should you wish your order to be sent via Express Delivery then please select this at the checkout.

Orders over £50 Standard delivery (3-5 working days): Free

Express delivery (next working days): £7.00

 

Overseas Delivery

For details of delivery costs outside of the UK please email us for a quote.

Please note it is your responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information contact your local customs office.
